Shipping and Handling
Within Australia:
- for orders over $140 shipping will be free.
- otherwise postage is $15 (Express Shipping). Express shipping will include insurance.
- your shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.
International shipping:
- we use Registered Parcels from Australia Post at a cost of $26 AUD per order.
- international delivery should take up to 14 business days.
Please note that the jewellery is hand made to order, and will take 2-3 weeks to be fabricated and shipped out. Buyers will receive a e-mail confirmation once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time as each piece is made to order.
We work carefully handcrafting every piece to ensure all of our jewellery is free from any defects, however, on the rare occasion something does go wrong, please contact us on info@niasjewellery.com.
